Account Sign-In

Tapvyn supports account creation using email/password. Tapvyn may also support Google Sign-In and, on iOS, Sign in with Apple. If you use a third-party sign-in provider, we may receive information such as your name and email address, depending on what you choose to share through that provider. This information is used only to create, authenticate, and manage your Tapvyn account.

Account & Data Deletion

Tapvyn allows you to permanently delete your account directly within the app. This deletion flow is not a temporary deactivation. When you delete your account, your account and associated personal data are removed from our active systems, subject to limited retention where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes.

If you need help, you may contact support, but customer support is not required to complete deletion when the in-app option is available.

Content & Ownership

Workout plans, generated coaching content, progress logs, messages, and profile information are provided to support your fitness experience. You retain ownership of content you submit, while Tapvyn may process it only as needed to operate, improve, and secure the Service.

Data Safety Summary

  • Account Information: Name, email, and profile details used to create and manage your account.
  • We do not sell personal data.
  • Fitness, nutrition, chat, and progress data are used to provide app functionality and coaching experiences.
