These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FytMate mobile application and website. By using FytMate, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

FytMate is intended for users aged 18 and older. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Sign-In Methods

• iOS: Sign in with Apple
• Android & Web: Google Sign-In or Email login

4. Use of the App

You agree to use FytMate only for lawful purposes and in a responsible manner.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your data. By using the app, you grant FytMate permission to use your data to provide services.

6. Pricing

FytMate is currently free to use. There are no paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.

7. Health Disclaimer

FytMate does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional before starting any fitness or nutrition program.

8. Data & Privacy

Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Account Termination & Deletion

Users may delete their account using the following methods:

• iOS: Delete directly in the app:
  Profile → Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account
• Android & Web: Request deletion via email:support@fytmate.com
  In-app account deletion is planned for a future app update.

Upon deletion, your account and associated data will be permanently removed, subject to legal requirements.

10. Prohibited Use

You must not misuse the app, attempt to hack it, or upload harmful content.

11. Third-Party Services

• Supabase
• YouTube API
• Google OAuth

12. Limitation of Liability

FytMate is provided “as-is.” We are not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages. Use at your own risk.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance.
