Account & Login Help

If you are unable to log in, please ensure that you are using the correct email address and password. If you signed in using Google Sign-In, please continue using the same Google account. If problems persist, contact our support team at support@fytmate.com.

Subscription Support

If you have questions about subscriptions, billing, or purchase history, please contact us at support@fytmate.com and include your registered email address.

Report a Bug

If you find a bug or technical issue, please send an email with the following information:

• Your device model
• Your iOS or Android version
• Your FytMate app version
• A short explanation of the issue
• Screenshots or screen recordings (if available)

Account & Data Deletion

FytMate provides account deletion options based on platform:

• iOS: Users can delete their account directly within the app:
  Profile → Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account
• Android (Current Version): Users may request account deletion by contacting:support@fytmate.com
• Android (Upcoming Update): In-app account deletion will be introduced in a future release.
• Web: Account deletion requests can be submitted via email at:support@fytmate.com

Account deletion permanently removes your personal data including profile, workouts, and associated records, subject to legal obligations.
