Minimum Age Requirement

FytMate is intended for users aged 18 and above. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Sign-In Methods

FytMate supports different authentication methods depending on the platform:

• iOS: Sign in with Apple is used in compliance with Apple App Store requirements.
• Android & Web: Google Sign-In (OAuth) may be used. We only request basic profile information such as your name, email address, and profile image.
• Email Login: You may also create an account using email and password.

We do not request sensitive Google data (such as Gmail, Drive, or Calendar access). You can revoke Google access anytime via https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

YouTube API Services

FytMate uses YouTube API Services to display public video content. By using the app, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

We do not download, store, or modify YouTube videos, and we do not remove ads or branding.

Information We Collect

• Account Information: Name, email, and profile data.
• Workout Data: Exercises, sessions, progress tracking.
• Nutrition & Habits: Food logs and lifestyle entries.
• Messages: Communication between users.
• Device & Diagnostics: App version, crash logs, and performance data.

How We Use Your Data

• Provide and improve app functionality

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Limited data may be shared with service providers (such as hosting and authentication services) strictly to operate the app.

• Supabase – backend and authentication
• YouTube API – video playback
• Google OAuth – authentication (Android/Web)

Data Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed except where retention is required by law.

Account & Data Deletion

FytMate provides account deletion options depending on the platform:

• iOS: Users can delete their account directly within the app:
  Profile → Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account
• Android & Web: Users can request account deletion by contacting:support@fytmate.com

Account deletion permanently removes your personal data including profile, workouts, and associated records, subject to legal obligations.
