FytMate provides account deletion options depending on the platform you are using.

iOS Users

If you are using FytMate on iPhone or iPad, you can permanently delete your account directly inside the app.

Path: Profile → Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account

Android Users

In the current Android version, account deletion requests can be made by emailing support@fytmate.com. In-app account deletion will be added to Android in a future version.

Web Users

If you use FytMate through the website, you can request account deletion by emailing support@fytmate.com.

What Happens After Deletion?

• Your account and associated profile data will be permanently deleted.
• Your workout logs, progress history, and related records will be removed from active systems.
• Once deletion is completed, your account cannot be restored.

Processing Time

For deletion requests made by email, verified requests are normally processed within 7 business days. In-app deletion on supported platforms is processed immediately or as soon as technically practical.

Retention Exceptions

Certain limited records may be retained where required by law, for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, billing obligations, or enforcement of our legal rights. Where possible, such retained data will be minimized or anonymized.
